In August 2001, Jim Crews joined Bishop & Associates, Inc., as Broker/Associate. Jim brings to Bishop over 35 years of commercial real estate experience in multiple areas including leasing, sales management, market analysis, property management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Prior to joining the Bishop team, he served as General Manager of the St. Petersburg Koger Center, where he directed a commercial office development Site of 15 buildings and 670,000 square feet. Jim is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate services to the local, regional, and national Bishop client base.

While his primary focus is on landlord and tenant representation, he also works with retail and sales/investments. In his career, Jim has worked on many varied real estate assignments and has successfully closed over 3 million square feet of real estate leases and property sales.

Jim is a native of Orlando, FL and has lived in the Tampa area since 1982.

He completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Florida State University.
