In January 2000, Robin Bishop formed Bishop & Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate services firm located in Tampa, Florida. With thirty five (35) years of experience, the firm provides commercial real estate services to local and national clients. Bishop’s primary focus includes landlord representation of commercial properties, including office and industrial buildings.. Other services include select Tenant Representation services, site acquisitions/ dispositions, and investment sales. Bishop has worked with local, national, and institutional owners such as USAA, Mainstreet Capital Partners, and Alliance Commercial Partners.

Throughout her thirty-five year career, Bishop has represented commercial developments in excess of six million square feet, including Tampa City Center, Netp@rk, The Urban Center (I & II), The Pointe, and One Harbour Place. Landlord representation includes over one thousand lease transactions ranging from 500 to 264,000 square feet with Tenants such as Bank of Tampa, Verizon, Oracle Software, McDonalds Corporation, Merck-Medco, Anheuser Busch, and numerous others. Bishop has represented developers in over 500,000 square feet of Build-to-Suit projects for Tenants including Walt Disney, Gartner Group, Digital Lightwave, and Verizon Wireless.
